Understanding User Behavior and Activity across many sites
With a system of websites that serves system wide information, regional information, and community specific information the task of understanding how people are interacting with their websites and turning that understanding into actionable information was daunting.

For business and performance reasons, Sutter Health was switching from a paid analytics package to Google Analytics and turned to Blast Advanced Media to help them implement and configure their Google Analytics. The project continues today as Blast helps Sutter improve the analytics, SEO, and usability across it’s nearly 100 websites.
Challenge
Sutter Health needed their Google Analytics installed and configured properly, and customized, in order to properly track and report on the different types of sites within the Sutter Health set of sites. Different types of websites within the Sutter Health set of sites have different goals and objectives. A single type of Google Analytics setup used across all sites would not fit their needs.
Result
Blast Advanced Media worked (and continues to work) closely with Sutter Health through a process of discovery, audits, recommendations, execution, and follow up.
Sutter Health now has easy access (and regularly scheduled reports) to actionable data that is driving continuous improvement and providing better information to their community of patients and doctors.
