Blast Process

Phase 1: Getting to Know You (week 1 and 2)

  • Discovery to learn your goals, challenges and differentiators
  • Conduct a PPC Audit to identify structural weaknesses & opportunities and fully understand the previous management tactics
  • Goal Setting Using Digital Measurement Framework

Phase 2: Build the Foundation & Restructure (month 1 and 2)

  • Revamp the account structure for optimized setting and campaign performance
  • Ensure Analytics tracking implementation is accurate and easy to manage
  • Implement learnings and recommendations from PPC audit
  • Review current landing pages to identify opportunities
  • Deliver quick, substantial wins based on restructure

Phase 3: Identify & Test New Opportunities (ongoing)

  • Based on learnings from Month 1 and 2, test new opportunities and build on what’s working
  • New campaign set up, launch, and optimizations as needed
  • Provide expert POV on industry related questions, new opportunities, and suggestions from stakeholders
  • Provide suggestions for new landing pages via rough wireframes
  • Optional: Blast can also provide content for landing pages, help with landing page testing, and make suggestions on new landing pages

Phase 4: Optimization & Analysis (ongoing)

  • Provide monthly reports including a strategic “deep dive” for each facet of the account
  • Provide mid-month check ins with keyword and ad copy performance
  • Ongoing landing page evaluation / suggestions / implementation
  • Ongoing analytics review to further analyze conversions by segments and other
  • Deep analysis & micro-optimizations
  • Location-based optimization and targeting based on your changing marketing needs
  • We will meet at minimum once per month to review performance with Analytics and Adwords data, review budgets, and present a Monthly Adwords Performance Report

Phase 5: Cross-Department Collaboration (ongoing)

  • Pass ideas to your SEO / Content team / Marketing team
  • Provide valuable insights into what keywords, calls to action, and messaging works well for you, and what could be leveraged for SEO & inbound marketing strategies
