Online Marketing Director and Partner, Ken Colborn, has been with Blast Advanced Media since 2000. Throughout his career Ken has worked in all aspects of the web including design, programming, SEO, and conversion optimization. With this well-rounded background, Ken has gained an in depth understanding of how these different aspects of the web are inter-connected. This gives him the keen ability to diagnose (and treat) web issues which can cause obstacles for users and search engines when viewing a site.
Ken's main focus is on SEO, (Search Engine Optimization) and he uses his knowledge to help clients optimize their websites, gain quality traffic and increase conversion. Ken starts SEO initiatives with a thorough SEO audit to identify and prioritize issues, get a full grasp of the competitive landscape, and look for opportunities for high impact wins. Ken also leads the SEO strategy for several partnership agreements.
He has spoken at eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit (Washington, DC) and at Google Analytics Certified Partners Summit (Google Headquarters).
Ken graduated from California State University, Hayward, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art and a concentration in Multimedia.
