Today, I came across a twitter post from Bryan Eisenberg that led me to a concise review of a recent online marketing flub they found by MagicJack. It provides a revealing discussion regarding the three fundamental questions of Future Now’s Persuasion Architecture(R):

  1. who are you talking to?
  2. what action do you want them to take?
  3. what do they need to take that action?
