Watch out for the email scam with the subject ‘Google Adwords Account Alert Notifications’ that is sent to undisclosed recipients which is the first clue that it is fraudulent. The email asks you to ‘Renew Your Account Now!’ and is hoping that you will click the link that will take you to www.adsource-scr.com where it will capture your personal information through phishing techniques (that trick you into thinking you are providing personal or financial information to a legitimate company when it is someone looking to steal your identity or abuse your credit cards).
