Blast Advanced Media was contracted by The California Independent System Operator, custodian of California’s high-voltage wholesale power grid, to develop a 30 minute Flash based presentation to introduce the Market Redesign and Technology Upgrade program. MRTU is a comprehensive program that enhances grid reliability and fixes flaws in the ISO markets and the presentation is expected to be utilized both online and offline to spread the word to customers and stakeholders.
