Lauren McReynolds - Director of Client Experience
With an education in Psychology and Communications, Lauren uses her gift of gab and organizational prowess to keep projects on-schedule and clients informed. Lauren joined Blast with proven experience as a Project Manager at a website design and development firm and for an advertising agency. With a background in online advertising and marketing, she’s got the goods when it comes to strategizing and planning.
Lauren would call herself a “creative type,” and this flair really comes across in her writing. Lauren’s talent lies in her ability to write persuasive and engaging content while maintaining a cohesive brand image across many mediums. She serves as an integral part of Blast's content development team.
As the Director on Client Experience, client happiness and satisfaction is her main priority. Maintaining good relationships with the clients we work with is the most important thing to Blast. She ensures that pleasant, prompt and productive communication is maintained between clients and the team, and that deliverable and scope expectations are communicated well from the beginning of a project.
Lauren and her husband moved to sunny California from oh-so-cold Michigan, and though there are many perks to her life on the West Coast, she’s most excited to be done with shoveling snow - forever.
